Last updated: 25 October 2026
This notice explains how NES s.r.l. processes the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
1. Data controller
NES s.r.l. — Via Cesare Battisti, 28/B, 20097 San Donato Milanese (MI), Italy — VAT IT13983560965
Email: info@neseng.it · Certified email (PEC): nessrl@lamiapec.it · Phone: +39 347 502 3249
No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as one is not required for the company's activities.
2. Data we process
- Browsing data: the systems that run the website collect some technical data during normal operation (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, pages visited). It is used only to keep the site working and secure, not to identify users.
- Data you give us: if you email or call us, we process the details you share (name, contact details, content of your request) in order to reply.
The website has no sign-up forms and does not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to requests for information, quotes or partnerships — pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing any contractual relationship and meeting legal obligations (accounting, tax) — Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse — the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Showing the Google Maps map in the Contact section, only if you click “Show map” — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003).
4. Whether you must provide data
Giving us your contact details is optional, but without them we cannot reply to your request. Browsing data is collected automatically as the site runs.
5. Retention
Browsing data is kept only as long as needed for the site's security. Contact request data is kept as long as needed to handle the request and, if a contract follows, for the period required by law (usually 10 years for accounting records).
6. Recipients
Data may be processed by authorised NES s.r.l. staff and by suppliers who support us (hosting, email, accountants), appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR where required. Data is never published or sold, and is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
7. Third-party services
The typefaces and all other content of the site are hosted on our own server: browsing the pages sends no data to Google or any other third party.
The only external service is Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.), used for the map in the Contact section. The map is not loaded until you click “Show map”. Only after that click does your browser connect to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. For this processing Google acts as an independent controller: see the Google privacy policy and how Google uses cookies. Alternatively, you can open the address directly on the Google Maps website with the “Open in Google Maps” link.
Google may transfer data to the United States; such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, neither technical nor profiling, and uses no analytics tools.
Third-party cookies may be set by Google only if you click “Show map”: that click counts as your consent. The choice is not remembered, so on every new visit the map stays hidden until you ask for it again. Cookies already set by Google can be deleted at any time in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge); the rest of the site will keep working normally.
9. Your rights
At any time you may ask the controller for access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR), by writing to info@neseng.it. We reply free of charge within one month of your request.
Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw your consent to the map at any time, simply by no longer clicking “Show map” and deleting Google's cookies from your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Right to object: you may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
